There is no such.Every synth having its own character and timbre.

Try different synth engines,be patient & you'll find what suits you the best by profit,sound & structure!

2.What can you advise @ the begining?

Try machines with simple subtractive synthesis - Novation V Station suits good for beginners to understand main principles of synth structure! 

3.What can you advise for more experienced users?

Maybe it's time to look for hardware synths? Or try Arturia Moog Modular,ARP 2600,Yamaha CS-80 - one of the best sounding vsti ever with complex system & heaven for soundesigners!

Also they are history - Jarre,Schulze,Tangerine Dream played on them,don't hestiate to tuch a history ;)

4.The most seriously sounding virtual instrument?

There are couple of such,but it is still question of taste: try Arturia products,Spectrasonics-Trilogy,Omnisphere,Native Instruments-Absynth,Massive,Korg Legacy Collection - they are good!

5.Is there vsti instruments which are sounds exacly like their hardware prototypes?

In Fact -NO! There are lot of synths: V-Station,Minimonsta,Pro53 etc which are emulating hardware guys,but they sounds not the same - near,but computer processor cannot build all warmness,deepness of hardware gear.
As like Virtual analog gear cant be Equal with Real Analog by the same parameters.It's emulation.
V-Station is not a K-Station,Pro-53 is not Prophet - but by this emulation you can understend & feel how hardware prototype works!
If any seller says that this virtual monster sounds exacly like real - don't trust him - it's marketing!

6.Where can I find this vsti synths?

Simple.Around the web on huge tones of resources.The best is audionews.ru Register your account
And write in search window what you need.Most of virtual instruments are awaliable free,but if you really like
instrument,go & buy it,support developers,it's respected!

7.Best virtual fx processors?

Over years I've grown up from platform to platform & find waves one of the most usefull,complex & powerfull
plugins ever! But after I discover Sonnox - great dynamics,reverberation,limiting,eq.And after - UAD which I'm using now! Really best plugins ever! in cooperation with waves & sonnox you can get a great result!

8.Where can I learn technics?

Web is magical instrument for find anything you need.It's more question of advise.
Try @ first: David Gibson,Bob Owsinski - these are tablebooks of beginners.After - Mixing&Mastering with Waves, Waves - Trance Experiecne.And than - Steinberg Internal Mixing Course,Andi Vax-mixing secrets.
This thousands of words is enough to learn theory & start practising!

9.Where can I find money for buy gear?

Well,you can end to smoke & drink beer! It will save 1000$ every year - seriously!
Don't go to the cinema's & restaurants every weekend!It will save 500$ for you every year! Joking :)))
But,yes,healthy way of live is very perspective in material,mental & mood issues.
I don't drink alchocol,smoke,using drugs & feel great!

10.Where can I find inspiration?

In other words I call it "Magic".
If it not comes naturally,you can feel through nature,forest walkings,listen to good (for you) music,looking deep films,
going on parties,exhebitions,reading books,seeing videoclips,or just talk with neighborhood about everyweek magazine - all is inspirative!
For me - always good is looking around on people & landscapes!

11.Which sound card I need?

The most popular question ;))
Depends on your budget & your needs.Little budget & need only a pair in/out - try Echo AudioFire2
Better budget & need preamps - Echo AudioFire4 Very good interface,stable,in metallic case,can go on live act,
preamps & convertors are good!
If you're starting a serious project try MOTU (Ultralite,828 series),RME (fireface 400,800) -this devices coasts
not less than 1000$,but they sounds mature & equiped with serious details.It's not less than 10/10 in/out

12.Promotion?

Myspace.com - is the best platform for musicians for now,also share music,releasing music, perform live acts,
do never judge over listeners,collaborate with other musicians & grown!

13.Education

SoundDesign,mixing,arrange etc are the most important questions,but also not less improtant to know notes,how harmony builds & can play on anything (keyboard,guitar,vargan,pot;)))

14.Hardware synths?

You can buy used gear on ebay.com as I done!
Yamaha an1x is old machine (1997) but very usefull & complex - can help with pads,leads,fx,bass,arps & having good fx processing.

Also older Viruses a,b,c, Novation K-Station,A-Station,Supernova,Nova are very good & universal!

You can buy one of this synths,for lats say, 300-500$ on ebay.com depends on luck,your country & shipping payments.It's not so expensive & will extend your musical mind.

15.Best Studio Monitors?

I spend years before I find speakers which I really like!
The main rule - speakers which are coast less than 1000$ (per new pair) are actually not a studio equipment.
It's more marketing "project studio" blah blah commercial crap.
You can trust tested many musicians series - Dynaudio BM series,Air series, Adam A series, S series.
Dynaudio BM5,6 (not mk2) are an example how must studio speakers sounds like!
Also active speakers versions much better in nowdays.

16.Presets

Onboard presets are always a good starting point,but not a final result.I'm talking about both - fx & synths.
Preset "Super cd master" from Izotope Ozone is not working in every case,with every new track
Like "hot drum comp" & "snare punch" compressor presets in every new case will give different results
